NSHSS Student Council 2007-08

We are pleased to introduce our Student Council members for the 2007-08 academic year. These outstanding college students give advice based on their own experiences and offer information on Society programs, scholarships, and activities throughout the upcoming year. Membership on the Student Council provides an important leadership opportunity beyond high school. Members graduating from high school in 2008 will be eligible to apply for next year's Council.  We are especially pleased to include a "senior council" of previous council members who are continuing to serve and provide advise to members as well as new council members. To contact a student council member, send your email message to studentcouncil@nshss.org and be sure to include the council member's name in the subject line of the email message.

“I am very happy to be part of this prestigious and proactive group. I feel that I have demonstrated leadership in my community, which I plan to continue through ongoing community service projects and efforts, and I would love to be surrounded by others who are equally motivated and accomplished. Mentoring younger children as a group, or brainstorming together, can really help us solve problems and make an impact in our community on a larger scale.”
