NSHSS Student Council 2007-08

We are pleased to introduce our Student Council members for the 2007-08 academic year. These outstanding college students give advice based on their own experiences and offer information on Society programs, scholarships, and activities throughout the upcoming year. Membership on the Student Council provides an important leadership opportunity beyond high school. Members graduating from high school in 2008 will be eligible to apply for next year's Council.  We are especially pleased to include a "senior council" of previous council members who are continuing to serve and provide advise to members as well as new council members. Council Member Raheal Boadi-Yeboah Tema, Ghana Mount Holyoke College Raheal graduated from high school in Ghana, where she edited her school's college bound magazine and participated in several Model United National conferences.  She has published an English writing guide, "ABC Step-by-Step." “I am eager to use my creative writing and communication talents to inspire, encourage, and advise students worldwide.”
