The National Society of High School Scholars welcomes our international student members and nominees. NSHSS has members in 180 countries.

Founder and Chairman Claes Nobel, senior member of the family which established the Nobel Prizes, believes in the power of the youth to change the world. Mr. Nobel travels extensively, inspiring the youth to become ambassadors for peace in the United States and abroad. Mr. Nobel is passionate about congratulating and inviting our international scholars into our diverse family of aspiring leaders, and sends a special "Welcome" to our friends overseas!

Since our founding in 2002, NSHSS has expanded to encompass members in 180 countries worldwide. Many international students are finding great value in membership with the Society. Student Council Representative Anya Rasulova, from Uzbekistan, remarks:

"Membership in NSHSS has given much to me. First of all, it is a great network of bright students like you! I was a Claes Nobel Academic Scholarship recipient in 2004, and I would like to thank NSHSS for that with all my heart! It made my dream of attending Brown University possible... I would strongly encourage you to confirm your membership in NSHSS that was mailed to you from Mr. Nobel and make the most out of your experience."
