Scholarship Winners Around the World

International students are eligible to compete for all Society scholarships, including the Claes Nobel Academic Scholarships and National Scholar Awards. Additionally, they are eligible for the International Scholar Award, which is a $1,000 college scholarship for an NSHSS member residing outside of the United States and its territories. The initial application for this award is the same online application used for the Claes Nobel Academic Scholarships and National Scholar Awards. Students do not need to complete a separate application for this. Selection is based on academic record, leadership activities, service activities, educator recommendation, transcript, and personal statement. The scholarship may be used at any university of the recipient's choice.
