NSHSS is continually expanding its scholarship opportunities for members to help fulfill its mission of recognizing academic excellence and encouraging members to apply their unique talents, vision, and potential for the betterment of themselves and the world. We have now awarded over one million dollars in scholarships since our founding in 2002.

    NEW:
    AFLAC SCHOLAR AWARDS FOR HIGH SCHOOL MEMBERS
    NSHSS partner Aflac is sponsoring three $1,000 college scholarships for graduating seniors meeting the following requirements:  Students who plan to major in and who demonstrate financial need or first generation college status are eligible.  Apply online in the member dashboard.  Review Guidelines.

  • January Scholarship Update Featuring Georgetown College

    Georgetown College is a small, residential, co-educational liberal arts college distinguished by a combination of respected, rigorous undergraduate and graduate programs, an array of opportunities for involvement and leadership, a commitment to Christian values and its distinctive heritage. All NSHSS members with a 3.6 GPA who apply for and are accepted into Georgetown College will receive $17,500 tuition scholarships through the university renewable for four years.

  • Thiel Fellowship Program Invites Applications from Young Entrepreneurs

    Silicon Valley entrepreneur Peter Thiel has announced that the Thiel Foundation is accepting applications for a new class of "20 Under 20" Thiel Fellows. Thiel Fellowships provide two-year grants of $100,000 to twenty people under 20 years of age so that they can leave the classroom and pursue innovation.
