Over the next several months NSHSS members and staff will be attending conferences and college fairs across the globe.  

2017 AIEA Annual Conference

February 19-22, 2017 in Washington, DC

NSHSS will be joining senior international education leaders from around the world for the 2017 Association of International Education Administrators (AIEA) Annual Conference in Washington, DC, USA at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park. The theme for this year’s program will be Internationalization through Difference: Transcending Boundaries.

12th Annual APAIE Conference

March 20-23, 2017 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan

NSHSS will be exhibiting at the 12th Annual Asia-Pacific Association for International Education (APAIE) Conference. The APAIE Annual Conference and Exhibition is one of the most well-known forums in the Asia-Pacific region for bringing together policy-makers and education experts from around the world to improve professional skills and learn about new developments in international education.

2017 Super Conference

April 23-25, 2017 in San Antonio, Texas

The Texas Association for College Admission Counseling (TACAC) is hosting a Super Conference with the Rocky Mountain and Southern ACACs. These three groups will join at the Marriott San Antonio Rivercenter, in San Antonio, TX, April 23-25, 2017. The theme for the 2017 Super Conference is Creating Connections—Building Bridges. Attending the conference is an opportunity to fine-tune your skills, learn new techniques, network with peers, and learn about issues affecting the profession and the students and families you serve. 

DECA’s International Career Development Conference

April 25-27, 2017 in Anaheim, California

Eighteen thousand high school students, advisors, businesspersons and alumni gather to develop knowledge and skills for college and careers. Our 2017 NSHSS-DECA Advisor Grants will be announced at this year’s conference.

NAFSA 2017 Annual Conference & Expo

May 28-June 2, 2017 in Los Angeles, California

The Association of International Educators (NAFSA) annual conference provides a multitude of educational offerings for international education professionals at all levels of experience and in every specialty. Join peers and experts at the largest gathering in the field of international education to explore the theme for the 2017 NAFSA Annual Conference & Expo, “Expanding Community, Strengthening Connections". 29th Annual EAIE Conference & Exhibition

September 12-15, 2017 in Seville, Spain

In September 2017, the European Association for International Education Conference (EAIE) is bound for Seville, Spain for the 29th Annual EAIE Conference and Exhibition. With its beautiful, multicultural references and colorful tiled walls, Seville makes for a fitting metaphor of the work done by international educators.

NACAC’s 73rd National Conference

September 14-16, 2016 in Boston, Massachusetts

The National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) will be holding it’s 73rd annual conference in September 2016. NACAC’s national conference is a dynamic education and networking event held annually to build relationships among college admission counseling professionals, higher education thought leaders, national policymakers, and others who support students and families in the transition from high school to college.
