to Host NSHSS Member Event in Philadelphia
Temple University Admissions Office
Temple University Academic Advising Center

Temple University is a world-class center of teaching, research and health care.
From its roots in the historic and cultural richness of Philadelphia, Temple has become a major international university, with successful, long-standing campuses in Tokyo and Rome, and educational programs spanning the globe. It is the 28th largest university in the United States. It also is the 6th largest provider of professional education (law, dentistry, medicine, pharmacy and podiatric medicine) in the country. Temple University was founded in 1884, and became a state-related institution in the Commonwealth System of Higher Education in 1965.

T he Temple University Honors Program will host a special event for NSHSS members on its Philadelphia campus on Wednesday, March 22, from 4-6:30 p.m.. As always, events are free to our members and their families. This occasion offers a great opportunity for you to meet Advisory Board Chair Claes Nobel, senior member of the Nobel Prize family, and to socialize with fellow NSHSS members and Temple college students. Mr. Nobel will address the group, as will Dr. Ruth Ost, Director of the Temple Honors Program. University admissions officers will also be attending. Refreshments will be provided following the program. Students are welcome to explore the campus as well. -MORE-
