Kevn DaJuan Lewis, Jr., awarded $45,000 scholarship from the University of Michigan
Congratulations to Kevin DaJuan Lewis, Jr., of Waterford, Michigan, who recently was notified that he has been selected to receive a $45,000 scholarship from the University of Michigan, where he has been admitted to the College of Engineering. A senior at Waterford Mott Senior High School, he has maintained a 4.0 throughout high school. At Waterford Mott, he has been active academically, athletically, and socially. He is a member o f the Positive Peer Influence group and the National Honor Society. A scholar athlete, he is Captain of the both the Varsity Basketball Team and the Varsity Soccer Team. To top it off, he was elected Homecoming King by the entire school. His hard work has is paying off, and we wish him well as he moves into the next phase of his journey to success.
