Student Scholarship Search, a free Directory of Scholarships, Grants and Awards, has just published "Scholarship Searching Secrets," a tremendously useful overview of tips, advice, and tools available to parents and students searching online for scholarships and financial aid. You can search this database by state for critical information on student financial aid, tuition and fees, residency requirements, and other relevant policies regarding colleges in your particular state.
