Abercrombie & Fitch (A&F) sells high quality, collegiate-inspired, casual luxury clothing for young adults. A&F supports NSHSS scholars through the Abercrombie & Fitch Global Diversity & Leadership Scholar Awards.  The worldwide competition is based on essay submissions from NSHSS members exploring their perspectives on the theme of diversity and inclusion.  Submissions will be judged on ingenuity and quality.  Ten $1,000 scholarships will be awarded each year to the top candidates--the Abercrombie & Fitch Scholars.

Advocating diversity is more than “tolerating” differences; for the benefit of all, it should be an approach that embraces differences in order to empower all individuals to be and do their best.  Practicing diversity should mean appreciating everyone for the talents they possess and the achievements they accomplish without regard to their race, creed, sexual orientation, religion, or other considerations. With that in mind, Abercrombie & Fitch is offering $1,000 scholarships for NSHSS members to respond to the diversity questions in the application below.
