For several years, I have been
developing a hovercraft in the form of a hover platform for a wheelchair. This
craft would enable handicapped or elderly people to enjoy a recreational life
outdoors which they are not able to do at the present time....examples: travel
over sand, rocks, and long distances.
I enjoy professional fishing and plan on
attending the University of Oklahoma, majoring in Meteorology. In 1996, my poem,
"Eric's Dream," was published in book entitled, "In Their Names" - a publication
devoted to the 1995 victims of the bombing of the Murrah Federal Building.
Subsequently, I was invited by First Lady Cathy Keating to visit her at her
office at the State Capitol.
