I cannot log in.  It is asking me for my email address and password but I don’t have either of them, how can I make a purchase?

-You will be automatically registered for an account when you place your first order in the store. There is no way to register for the store without first placing. Simply begin an order in the store and after you start the check out process the store will prompt you for your account information, click the "Register & Checkout" button to the right of the registered users login fields to create an account.

How can I make a purchase without using my credit card online?

-Customers may download and print out the store order form and mail it into NSHSS headquaters by clicking on the following link: http://www.nshss.org/nshss_order_form.pdf

I'm not a member; may I purchase something from your store?

-Yes.  The new NSHSS online store no longer requires people to have their member ID in order to purchase. 

How long does it take for my item to be shipped?

-Orders are sent out within two weeks of purchase via USPS first class mail.  This method should take between 7 and 10 business days after it has been shipped to arrive. Depending on the weight of your order it may be automatically upgraded to priority shipping which is 3 to 5 business days anywhere in the USA.
