NSHSS will exchange any defective item within 60 days of purchase for the same item or so long as the item is promptly returned to NSHSS Headquarters. Refunds will be given to customers who return their items in pristine condition with 45 days of purchase with a note asking for a refund.

Should you wish to exchange an item of a clothing item due to a size discrepancy NSHSS will exchange your clothing item for the same item but a different size within 90 days of purchase so long as the item being returned is in the same condition it was sent out in. Simply return the item with a note asking for an exchange or refund and include the following items: Order number, contact email or phone number and a note explaining the exchange.
