Andrew Amore is the Senior Director of My School Votes, an action-oriented civic learning and leadership program where students learn by doing. MSV teaches student leaders how to build campaigns, take on local issues, register their school communities to vote, while changing the culture around civics and voting in their schools. Prior to developing and leading My School Votes, Andrew led campaign efforts around national and local educational equity issues. This followed his services as a presidential appointee in the Obama Administration's Education Department, where he worked with stakeholders from the civil rights and labor communities to develop and implement policies supportive of each unique community.
