Dan Stratford

Dan graduated from Stanford University with an MBA and has several years of professional experience in the education sector as an admissions coach, technologist, and teacher. Dan spent six years on Google’s education team, building tools used by thousands of schools across the nation. 

Dan uses co-active coaching to help candidates uncover their strengths and use them to create compelling stories. Dan’s usage of the problem-action-impact framework helps students personalize and add differentiation to every application document, making every word count. 

He has extensive experience helping college candidates get accepted to top schools, such as Stanford University, Harvard University, UPenn, and the University of Chicago. Dan is passionate about helping students discover their most impactful narratives through reflection. 

Arianna Lee 

Arianna Lee graduated from Dartmouth College and later became a Dartmouth Admissions Officer, where she was heavily involved in interviewing applicants. Her passion for college admissions counseling is evident in her ability to guide candidates at every step of the application process. 

From helping students identify their strengths and build a balanced school list to helping them discover a compelling application narrative and create captivating essays, Arianna is passionate about providing expert guidance. 

Although she’s passionate about working with all students ready to elevate their profiles, Arianna is particularly passionate about helping diverse and POC candidates, STEM, LGBTQ+, women, and disadvantaged candidates.

Darryl Tiggle 

Darryl Tiggle is a widely recognized college admissions expert with more than 20 years of experience in the field. After graduating from Union University, he became an admissions counselor there before becoming Associate Dean.

Afterward, Darryl became the Senior Associate Director of Admissions at Tufts University, where he gained more insight into the world of highly competitive college admissions. He’s been featured in many college admissions publications, including the NY Times best-selling book, “Who Gets In and Why.” 

He has sat in admissions selections for many Ivy League and NESCAC colleges, as well as scholarship committees at Davidson College and Lafayette College. 

Darryl regularly shares his knowledge and experience through training new admissions professionals for The College Board and the National Association for College Admission Counseling. Darryl has reviewed countless applications and is passionate about demystifying the college admissions process.
