is a prestigious institution located in the historic city of Salamanca, Spain. Accredited by the Instituto Cervantes as a center of high quality Spanish teaching, Tía Tula combines its classical framework and facilities with state-of-the-art equipment and teaching methods. The classrooms are furnished in a charming European style: the rooms are spacious, outward-facing and bright, with views to historic and monumental landmarks. The large windows, balconies, and antique wooden floors blend harmoniously with the modern audiovisual and resource infrastructure. They were designed as rooms to foster communication and learning.
Tía Tula offers a wide range of full immersion programs for students of all levels of Spanish. These courses are adapted to accommodate the needs of each student. Thanks to an agreement with the Pontifical University of Salamanca, students enrolled in a Spanish course at Tía Tula can earn European University Credits (ECTS), which are transferable to their university or college of origin (minimum 50 class hours). Furthermore, Tía Tula Spanish School is a DELE and SIELE Examination Center, so students can prepare for and complete the official certificates of the Spanish language.
Spanish Courses are perfectly structured by the school teaching team, following the teaching philosophy of Tía Tula, whose aim is to ensure maximum efficiency in the learning process of each student. Furthermore, class groups are always small (ten students maximum). To compliment course materials, Tía Tula also gives great importance to extra-curricular activities.
Extracurricular Activities: films, sports, visits to museums and monuments, cultural activities, food nights and eating out, welcome party, farewell party, excursions and weekend trips, talks on literature, cinema, and other aspects of Spanish culture, countryside outings, Latin dancing, horse riding, boating, etc.
