An Organization that Has It All: Major League Baseball

From information technology to television production to baseball operations, a career in baseball can offer NSHSS scholars a very unique and challenging career path in one of the most exciting and sought after industries.

Major League Baseball’s Diversity Business Summit on June 18-19 in Houston, Texas is THE PLACE to explore your future career. Co-hosted by Major League Baseball and the Houston Astros, the second annual MLB Diversity Business Summit will be held at the George R. Brown Convention Center. The Summit provides attendees with unprecedented access to human resource executives from all 30 MLB Clubs, MLB Network, MLB Advanced Media, Minor League Baseball Clubs and MLB’s Central Office. 

NSHSS scholars interested in exploring diverse career and internship opportunities are invited to register for the Diversity Business Summit. The Summit includes a full day of job seeker sessions, special presentations from MLB executives, including Commissioner Allan H. (Bud) Selig, lunch and an evening reception at Minute Maid Park followed by the Houston Astros vs. Milwaukee Brewers.
