Donnie Pulliam, a 2013 NSHSS Ambassador Scholar Award recipient, is a freshman at Morehouse College in Atlanta, who was invited to address the audience at the annual member recognition event at The Carter Presidential Center on December 7. He energized and inspired high school students to stay focused and make their dreams come true.

He is an graduate of LibertyCountyHigh School in Hinesville, Georgia, who was voted Most Likely to Succeed. He was also selected as one of the 10 Ten Seniors in his county and on his graduation day, was chosen by the faculty and staff as the Outstanding Senior of his graduating class. He received numerous scholarships for my leadership positions, community service, and academic achievements, and in fact, received more scholarships than any student in the history of his high school. At MorehouseCollege, he is majoring in Political Science with a minor in Spanish and has an opportunity to study in Spain next May. His goal is to become a Criminal Defense Attorney, and to one day be elected as a State Senator.
