(Magic Valley) - "The American Legion Auxiliary Unit 7 of Twin Falls announced its 2016 delegates to Girls State to be held June 12-17 at Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa. Girls State gives girls in their junior year of high school an opportunity to learn how the government works at the city, county and state levels. It is sponsored by the American Legion Auxiliary, and about 300 girls from around the state attend each year....Savanna Carter is the daughter of Clint and Deanna Carter.
