Medina Wafadar is an incoming UC Berkeley first-year student. She is an intended Molecular and Cell Biology major and is looking to double major in Public Health. She is the eldest of five siblings and is a first-generation college student who wishes to pursue a career in the medical field. Beyond school, she is passionate about her Afghan Muslim identity and aspires to be a role model to younger Afghan girls.
