Gauri Gusain is a high school senior whose interest lies in Human Biology. Her ultimate goal is to become an oncologist after observing her community. She visits seniors in hospices in order to help make their last wishes come true as the treasurer of the Dreamcatchers Club. She also volunteers as a teacher at her local temple to help students connect with their roots and is part of her local Gatka team. As the service coordinator for HOSA, she helps expand the medical scope for over 30 members through planning volunteer events. Wanting to help her community and give people the means to help themselves, she works as a member of United Sikhs to provide stability for underserved communities. The soft and hard skills that she has developed through her experiences will carry onto her future and into the medical field
