Lauie Laban-Ilalio

Ms. Laban is an educator passionate about teaching and learning, committed to creating meaningful, hands-on experiences that inspire growth. By connecting classroom knowledge to real-world projects—such as environmental cleanups and upcycling waste into art and practical items—she empowers students to learn with purpose and make a lasting impact in their communities.

Grants Awarded in 2025: NSHSS STEAM Educator Grant

NSHSS is providing two (2) $1,000 grants to enhance STEAM-related activities, innovation, and classroom excellence for teachers in a STEAM field. Funds may be used for supplies, materials, field trips or other resources to enhance the delivery of their courses.
