Nicole Doyle

Nicole P. Doyle is a champion for the Parent-as-Educator movement, ensuring under-resourced homeschooling families have access to academic and extracurricular support. She is co-founder of the Georgia Black Home Educators Network (GBHEN) and host of the Flourish Family Homeschool Conference, which equips families with practical tools and encouragement.

Her work reflects her belief that education is a tool for liberation, gathered from academic pursuits, literature, family, community, and cultural wealth. Nicole focuses on parent agency and family-designed, child-centered environments, particularly in underserved communities, with the goal of protecting childhood joy through whole-child pedagogy.

She has distributed over 250 laptops, launched workforce development programs, and partnered with advocacy organizations such as NSCW, HSLDA, EdChoice, and GeorgiaCAN. A frequent speaker at SXSW EDU, Harvard’s Emerging School Models Conference, and the Black Minds Matter Conference, she and her husband Willie remain most proud of homeschooling their four children.
