Meet the speakers:

Brooks Dishman

Principal Engineer - Boeing Structures Fleet Engineering at Delta Air Lines

Brooks began his engineering career with Delta in 2017 as a Co-Op Engineer in Liaison Engineering. He graduated from Georgia Tech in December 2018 with a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering and returned to work in Liaison Engineering until 2020. Brooks transitioned to Delta’s engine maintenance facility as a Repair Process Engineer for engine parts. In 2021, he moved to Delta’s Fleet Engineering team as a Structural Project Engineer. He is most proud of his involvement with the co-op program as a hiring representative and mentor. Brooks also has a master’s degree in engineering management with a focus on quality management from Kennesaw State University.
