Dr. Ken Tao

Dr. Tao graduated with a B.S. and B.A. from UC Berkeley and earned a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Harvard University. Renowned for his dual expertise in MCAT preparation and mentoring students in research, he leads a top-tier tutoring team and has an exceptional track record in driving student score improvements.

Dr. Ram Rao

MD/PhD Pediatric Hematology/Oncology

Dr. Rao entered medicine through the field of biomedical engineering, earning both his master’s and doctoral degrees in biomedical engineering from the University of Michigan, where he also completed his MD. He has served on medical school admissions committees and brings extensive experience advising students at every stage of their academic journey.  After completing his pediatrics residency at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Dr. Rao began fellowship training in pediatric hematology-oncology at Stanford University. In addition to teaching medical students and residents, he mentors undergraduate students at Stanford, guiding them through the path to medical school.
