Madeline Dunn

Program Coordinator - Student Engagement & Support at Kennesaw State University

Madeline Dunn, MSW, is a student engagement and support professional with experience spanning direct crisis response, event coordination, and community partnership building. She holds a Master of Social Work from Georgia State University with a concentration in Community Partnerships & Nonprofit Management and has worked across multiple areas of higher education, from emergency aid to large-scale programming.

Currently the Program Coordinator of Student Engagement & Support at Kennesaw State University, Madeline has overseen more than 40 events annually—including large-scale signature programming for Women’s History Month, Sexual Assault Awareness Month, Domestic Violence Awareness Month and Healthy Relationships Week—while serving as a confidential resource for students navigating crises.

Her previous roles include supporting emergency aid distribution as a Case Manager for KSU CARE Services and coordinating outreach, training, and digital communications as a Graduate Assistant and AmeriCorps VISTA at Georgia State University. Across these roles, Madeline has built a reputation for creating inclusive, resource-rich spaces where students feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Enterprises & Consulting, is filled with energy, laughter and direction any time he is a moderator, keynote, presenter, facilitator or strategist. He is sure to move the conversation to another level. For 30 years, Mr. Parker has been in the trenches as a DEI practitioner, trainer and consultant with fortune 500 companies across the nation. Most of that time has been as an Organizational Development consultant/business owner and the role of Master Trainer/Facilitator with Korn Ferry (formerly Global Novations) working with clients such as Proctor & Gamble, Caesar’s Entertainment, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Abercrombie & Fitch and Energizer to name a few. With a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership, he consistently urges leaders and professionals to “raise the bar” on what Inclusive Leadership looks
like and feels like. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and instructor/practitioner of the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence methodology, he is no stranger to the nature of high-performance cultures and high-reliability organizations.​
