Sophia Toh

Sophia Toh is an author, executive coach, and leadership trainer. She is the author of The G.A.M.E. of Life: Illuminated Leadership, Fulfilled Life, and is also a contributing author of Leadership Unscripted: The Real, Raw, and Remarkable Journeys of Women Who Lead Boldly. Before her coaching career, Sophia was the Vice President of Finance Transformation and Chief Financial Officer for a five-billion-dollar business unit at Kraft Heinz Company. She spent 15 years at Procter & Gamble, holding various finance leadership positions, including serving as Chief Financial Officer of Walker & Company Brands, a P&G subsidiary. Additionally, she led finance and accounting teams in brand commercial delivery for Braun & Crest, supply chain, cybersecurity, purchasing, information technology, retailer finance, global business services, and accounting policies.

 

Sophia currently serves as the board chair of the 45-year-old Mothers Against Drunk Driving organization. Sophia is an ICF-credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and currently serves on the International Coaching Federation’s Professional Coaches Board. She is also a Certified Management Accountant, Certified Finance Manager, and certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis. Sophia earned her MBA from Purdue University and her Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in Accounting from Clayton State University. She also holds a Nonprofit Leadership Executive Certificate from Harvard Kennedy School, an Executive Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University, and a Diversity Coaching Certificate from Howard University and Coach Diversity Institute.

 

Sophia’s current focus is threefold: her career as a coach, trainer, and speaker, her role as a volunteer and leader who gives back to global, national, and local communities, and cultivating quality time with family and friends.

Dr. Clarence Kong

An inaugural 2021 Doximity telehealth fellow, 2018 Tylenol Future Care scholar, 2017 Sophie and Leonard Davis scholar, 2016 CUNY Belle Zeller scholar, and a 2014 Milken scholar, Dr. Clarence Kong is the associate director of interventional spine and pain management at Long Island Brain and Spine. He specializes in medical and interventional pain management and has spoken at national and international conferences highlighting his published research, neuromodulation, and pain management. He serves as faculty and board member for the Eastern Pain Association, the oldest pain association in the United States.

He completed his pain medicine fellowship at Macon & Joan Brock Virginia Health Sciences at Old Dominion University where he served as the chief fellow and received the Sentara Clinical Excellence Award. He also served as the pain management physician liaison for the Sentara-EVMS comprehensive sickle cell program, the first of its kind in Hampton Roads, Virginia dedicated to providing patients living with sickle cell disease primary care, hematology, pain management, and psychiatry services under one roof. Under his leadership, the program was the recipient of the Hampton Roads 2025 Healthcare Heroes Award.

He completed his emergency medicine residency at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell - NS/LIJ during which he served as the vice chairperson of the Northwell Resident and Fellow Association, advocating for 1,000+ resident and fellow physicians while leading the diversity, equity, and inclusion and community outreach subcommittees.

A former nationally recognized firefighter/EMT, he serves as a company surgeon for the Great Neck Vigilant Fire Department. He also serves as a public affairs officer in the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary and as an auxiliary police sergeant in the New York City Police Department, specializing in community affairs and department strategic initiatives.

He is the vice chairperson of CityGov, a transformative platform dedicated to memorializing best practices and industry strategies in various government sectors utilizing artificial intelligence. CityGov is the first networking platform where professionals share insights about their fields, publish articles, and connect through meaningful discussions.

With a passion to improve the lives of patients living with chronic pain through the latest advancements in interventional medicine and technology, his journey is making a lasting impact in public service and in the healthcare system as a physician and a leader.
