Ariel Gogley

The Master's Academy
Oviedo, FL

Ariel Gogley is an undergraduate student at the University of Louisiana Monroe (ULM), where she studies Kinesiology with an Exercise Science / Pre-Physical Therapy concentration. She is also pursuing a double minor in Spanish and Computer Science, combining her passion for human performance with her interest in technology and global communication. As a Division I volleyball athlete, Ariel has learned to balance rigorous academic expectations with the demands of high-level competition—an experience that has strengthened her discipline, resilience, and adaptability under pressure.

Before joining the ULM volleyball program, Ariel spent many years as a competitive figure skater, a sport that taught her precision, creativity, and perseverance. These qualities continue to shape her approach both in the classroom and on the court.

Ariel’s academic journey reflects a distinctive blend of interests: optimizing human movement, understanding performance and rehabilitation science, and exploring how technology can enhance both fields. Through her Computer Science minor, she has developed a growing curiosity about how software, data, and emerging tools can support athletes, improve patient outcomes, and streamline systems in sports medicine. She ultimately hopes to contribute to the expanding intersection of health, performance, and tech-driven innovation—whether through research, product development, or clinical practice.

As a female athlete preparing for a future at the crossroads of exercise science and technology, Ariel is motivated not only by her personal aspirations but also by the opportunity to open pathways for other young women interested in shaping the future of performance, wellness, and entrepreneurship.
