Christopher George II
Christopher is an extremely accomplished high school student who demonstrates exceptional performance in academics, athletics, community service, leadership, and moral character. He is the Senior Class President, the class Valedictorian, the Biology Club President, the Environmental Trout Committee Vice President as well as a Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Ambassador and Academic All-Star. Christopher is a 4-year varsity starter and Captain of the Golf Team which went undefeated his Senior year and won the League Championship title for the first time in his school’s history.
Christopher believes he is in a position to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others and actively seeks out opportunities to volunteer, mentor, and support those in need. He leads through service, by selflessly giving to others what they would otherwise be unable to provide for themselves. As he furthers his education, he will be pursuing a dual major in Computer Science and Environmental Science, focusing on sustainability. Through ethical engineering and environmental stewardship, Christopher hopes to create lasting, positive impacts that uplift communities, improve quality of life, and promote environmental sustainability.
The NSHSS Foundation encourages environmental stewardship among high school students globally through the Foundation Earth Day Award. Students submit their environmental project they are working on currently, and provide details on the impact of the project in their communities and how it will impact the future.
