Kadance Doumbia
Kadance Doumbia is an Early College Program student at Riverside High School in Jacksonville, FL. He values the virtues and characteristics of respect, responsibility, consideration, intellectualism, and excellence, striving to continue demonstrating them inside and outside the classroom. He is involved in multiple extracurricular and community service activities within his school and community, holding three leadership positions. Kadance enjoys watching TV/Movies/ YouTube, participating in school events, playing basketball, traveling, and trying new restaurants in his free time. After graduating High School with his associate degree, he plans to attend a 4-year university and pursue a degree in Urban Studies, Public Administration, or Public Policy. Kadance hopes to use this education to enter a rewarding and impactful public or non-profit sector career in the Community Development/Revitalization field.
The NSHSS Nobel Academic Excellence Scholarship recognizes high school juniors and seniors making a positive impact on society, and how college will help these students continue to make an impact for years to come.
