Shawn Ray

Shawn Ray is a freshman at Carnegie Mellon University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. A dedicated leader and innovator, Shawn has served as Team Lead for Neural-Drive, a NASA HUNCH project, architecting predictive engines for autonomous vehicles. His commitment to research is further demonstrated by his work as a Research Assistant at the UT Austin Emerging Technologies Lab, where he published three papers, and his participation in the MIT Beaver Works Summer Institute. His commitment to service and personal development has been recognized with the United States Congressional Award (Gold Medal). Shawn is also a National Champion in FBLA.
