Suhani Gupta
Suhani Gupta is the Founder and Executive Director of the Neuro Health Alliance (NHA), a student-led mental health organization that has grown into one of the largest youth advocacy networks of its kind. More than 150 chapters now operate in schools and community programs, and NHA’s initiatives have reached over 210,000 adolescents through sustained youth involvement and collaboration with district leaders across multiple regions.
She created NHA to address the absence of accessible, student-informed mental health education amid rising stigma and unmet need. The organization leads major initiatives, including STOP Cyberbullying, Dear Future Me, and Scoreless. STOP Cyberbullying delivers age-specific digital safety education used in classrooms and youth programs, with modules that focus on online behavior, risk identification, and responsible communication. The program has reached thousands of students through community workshops and embedded curriculum. Educators and caregivers receive aligned resources to ensure consistent guidance.
Suhani works closely with district leaders and partner organizations that seek youth-developed programs grounded in research and evaluated for measurable outcomes. She continues to expand NHA’s reach, curriculum resources, and long-term planning to strengthen mental health education on a broad scale, ensuring it becomes a sustained part of a school community rather than a temporary intervention.
