NSHSS Nonprofit Leaders Scholarship

This scholarship celebrates students who are going the extra mile to make a difference in their communities. Across the globe, many young leaders are identifying problems and taking initiative by founding or leading nonprofit organizations that create meaningful change.

• Educator recommendation letter
• Prompt response of 500-800 words to the following question:
  • Tell us about the nonprofit organization you founded or lead. What problem does it address, and what inspired you to take action? Describe the mission, impact, and accomplishments of your organization so far, and share 1 to 2 goals for its future growth and continued community impact.
• Pictures/videos/media showing your leadership in action (optional)
• Color headshot suitable for website posting
• Academic resume
• Current Transcript (can be official or unofficial)
