Arnav Jain

Arnav Jain is the Founder and CEO of Flora Fusion, a student-led environmental initiative making a tangible impact in Dubai and beyond. Established in 2022, Flora Fusion has collected over one ton of compost and 100 kilograms of organic waste daily from local households and restaurants. The organization hosts sustainability talks, teaches children to compost, and has even created a compost-themed cookbook to raise awareness in creative ways. Under Arnav’s leadership, Flora Fusion has reached rural Indian farmers through physical outreach, encouraging composting as a sustainable alternative to chemical fertilizers.

Recognized by the Indian Government and awarded at the Indian Embassy in Dubai, Arnav’s work with Flora Fusion has become a model for youth-led environmental action. The initiative has collaborated with prominent hospitality partners and inspired systemic change in community waste habits. Arnav also maintains the Flora Fusion website, coordinates composting sprints, and leads outreach programs within his school and wider community.
