Christy Zhuang

Christy Zhuang, a senior at Ballinger High School, located in West Texas, actively participates in her school and community with various organizations. She is proudly the Texas DECA State President and Region II FCCLA President. Brian Tracy once said, “Leadership is the ability to get extraordinary achievement from ordinary people.” Christy is a firm believer that everyone has the potential to be great, and her life mission is to make an impact on everyone she encounters. Along with living her life serving others, she also enjoys capturing lifelong memories her friends and family can cherish through her photography business. In school, Christy is a notable leader throughout her participation in Rotary Interact, FCCLA, Texas Lone Star Leadership Academy Alumni Council, and UIL. Above and beyond, she maintains a positive image and influence amongst her student body at Ballinger High School. Christy will be attending the University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Business Marketing and Management at McCombs School of Business in the Fall of 2023.
