Isabel Campos
Isabel Campos is an incoming Freshman at Purdue University in Indianapolis. Majoring in Themed Entertainment Design and Mechanical Engineering, she aspires to become a Disney Imagineer. She aims to create fun and inclusive spaces for families to enjoy.
As a female Eagle Scout, Isabel has shown a passion for figuring out how things work and a dedication to creative problem-solving. For her Eagle project, Isabel designed and distributed Playground Communication Boards to all the elementary schools in her local school district. These boards are critical for supporting students who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). She has consistently worked to support female scouts in Scouting America and looks forward to continuing to mentor scouts.
The Claes Nobel Future Female Leader Scholarship was established to encourage and empower young women to assume future leadership roles in their colleges and universities, their careers and communities, and to become mentors for the young women following in their footsteps. Leadership doesn’t have to mean being the head of a club. Actions, not titles, make leaders.
