Makaila Ross is a 2023 graduate of Cosumnes Oaks High School. She has enrolled in North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro, North Carolina. She is majoring in Biology with a Pre-Med concentration to become a doctor.
Makaila loves writing, music, and volleyball. She has played volleyball for eight years and trumpet in the band for 6. She would like to thank her AP Literature teacher, Ms. BG, for encouraging her to pursue this paper and allowing her to explore the idea. This wouldn’t have been possible without her.
