Neel Dhuruva
Neel Dhuruva is a rising high school junior passionate about community service, law, and finance. As an enterprising individual, he has established two companies with a strong focus on community enhancement: Peer-to-Peer Global Teens Corporation (P2P) and Internify LLC.
P2P is a nonprofit organization empowering high school students worldwide with essential life skills, management, and knowledge. The organization offers workshops on financial literacy, teen fitness and nutrition, public speaking, peer-to-peer tutoring, and supports underprivileged teens. Its mission is to develop informed, responsible global citizens with resilient minds, equipping teens with the tools they need to overcome challenges like addiction, depression, and anxiety and to build a strong foundation for a healthy, fulfilling life, even in the face of adversity. Internify provides a platform for high school and college students to obtain internships.
Neel also serves as an intern at the office of a Florida State Representative and plans to pursue a degree in law with a focus on incorporating AI-related technology in the justice field.
In his free time, Neel engages in independent research, plays tennis avidly, and is working towards earning his second-degree black belt. He also enjoys meeting and learning from people of diverse cultures and backgrounds.
NSHSS is awarding 10 $1,000 awards to students who demonstrate exceptional leadership skills through their commitment to serving their communities.
