
Niko Gattoni
Niko Gattoni is a 2025 graduate of Don Bosco Preparatory High School and an incoming freshman at Stevens Institute of Technology, where he plans to study Biomedical Engineering. Passionate about innovation, Niko led his robotics team’s mechanical design efforts and developed a biomedical exoskeleton arm as part of his engineering capstone project. He served as Co-President of the Medical and Italian Clubs, President of the National Italian Honor Society, and Secretary of the National Honor Society. He also held leadership roles in over ten extracurricular clubs, including the Rosary Club, Veterans Affairs Club, and Fishing Club. As a volunteer summer camp counselor at Cropsey Community Farm, Niko mentored over 50 children, blending education and environmental stewardship. He has received numerous academic awards and medals, is an AP Scholar, and earned a Varsity Letter in Robotics. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, fishing, and playing piano. Niko’s service-minded character and strong leadership reflect his deep commitment to community, lifelong learning, and innovation.
