Prisha Shroff is an 18-year-old changemaker, inventor, and founder of Sustainability Stars, a nonprofit that empowers youth to tackle global challenges. Prisha’s passion is to create solutions to real-world problems by leveraging cutting-edge technologies.

After witnessing a devastating wildfire, she developed the AI-based Wildfire Prevention, Detection, and Suppression System, which utilizes NASA data to predict fire-prone areas and deploys drones to spray fire retardant. She also developed QCAI, a quantum computing and AI-based framework that accelerates materials discovery for CO₂ adsorption. Her other inventions include an interpretable-by-design AI algorithm to increase trust in AI, a Self-Cleaning Solar Panel, GlucoseAssist (which helps individuals with diabetes manage their blood sugar levels), AquaSaver (an Arduino-based water leak detection and overflow device), and a Solar-powered drone.

A recognized public speaker, Prisha was invited to speak at the United Nations' SDG Summit at the age of 15 and was featured on a Times Square billboard. She’s also been nationally recognized as a Regeneron STS Scholar, Broadcom MASTERS Lemelson Award for Invention, Prudential Emerging Visionary, and other accolades. Her achievements have earned recognition from Vice President Kamala Harris, the USPTO, Beyond Innovation TV, Ashoka, Taco Bell, Smithsonian, ULRI, Million Girls Moonshot, and Disney, among others.
