Rudolph Jensen
Rudolph Sophus Jensen V is an honor student at Bonney Lake High School, Class of 2026, where he is earning both his high school diploma and an Associate of Arts degree through Pierce College Running Start program. He has been accepted to Oregon State University to pursue a degree in Civil Engineering. Rudolph is a member of the National Honor Society, National Society of High School Scholars, and Phi Theta Kappa. Throughout high school and college, he has consistently earned Honor Roll recognition, Dean’s List, and President’s List honors.
Passionate about STEAM from an early age, Rudolph earned first place in both district and regional STEAM competitions and second place at the state level for his “Spaghetti Beam” engineering project. His interests include piano, drone photography, and writing science fiction stories. He volunteers at his local food bank, participates in community clean-up events, and dedicates over 15 hours weekly to volunteer ministry work within his congregation.
As a first-generation college student, Rudolph hopes to set a positive example for his younger siblings by demonstrating the value of perseverance, education, and strong moral principles. With the loving support of his family, he has overcome many challenges associated with autism during his early school years and developed the discipline, routines, and determination that continue to help him succeed academically, spiritually, and personally.
