Eligibility: High school juniors/seniors and college students who are 18 years old or older, or will be 18 by Election Day 2020. NSHSS is awarding students who demonstrate an active commitment for spreading awareness/education on the importance of voting in their community.
Application Requirements:
- Confirmation of Voter Registration & Pledge to Vote on Election Day 2020
- Essay Response to this prompt question:
- In 500 words or less, why is voting important to you? Provide specific examples and details of how you are spreading awareness and/or education on the importance of voting in your community.
- Additional videos/photos/media showing your community involvement on this issue
- Letter of Recommendation
- Resume
