Kelly Noel is the marketing teacher and DECA Advisor at Halls High School in Halls, TN. She has been a teacher there for the last three and a half years. She loves being able to offer her students experiences and knowledge that will help them in their post-secondary careers.

Grant Awarded in 2023: NSHSS-DECA Chapter Advisor Leadership Grant

In partnership with DECA, NSHSS has established a DECA Advisor Leadership Award to recognize the outstanding contributions of DECA advisors who consistently demonstrate their commitment to preparing students for success in college and in life.
