
Michael Mccauley
Mike McCauley has been an IB Film and AP English teacher in Omaha, Nebraska for nearly 15 years. In addition to sitting on the Education Board for Film Streams, a local arthouse theater, Mike has been active in getting his students to interact and collaborate with professionals and other members of the Omaha community. Some highlights include having his students make PSAs for research done by Creighton professors or having writers, like Tom Scharpling (What We Do In The Shadows), come and talk with the students.
NSHSS is always looking to find ways to support our network of educators, especially those who are constantly looking to support their students. To help offset the financial burden, NSHSS is giving four (4) high school educators $500 grants to help provide additional opportunities to their students and classrooms.
