NSHSS Student Athlete Scholarships

Award:

Ten (10) $2,000 awards

Eligibility:

Rising high school students graduating in 2024, 2025, 2026, or 2027, and recently graduated 2023 seniors with a GPA of 3.5 or higher

Scholarship Details:

NSHSS has created this scholarship dedicated to student athletes who are passionate about and excel within their respective sports. Athletes of all genders and of all sports are encouraged to apply.

Application Requirements:

Educator recommendation
Prompt response of 500-800 words to the following question:
- What are the benefits and challenges of balancing your academics with your sport participation? What is it about your sport that makes you passionate? Please provide one example that help to illustrate your point.
Pictures/videos/media showing your leadership in action (optional)
