Leslie has been teaching biology for 23 years and is new to teaching AP Environmental Science. Leslie is a curriculum field tester for National Center for Science Education (NCSE) focusing on Nature of Science and Climate Change. Leslie's goal is to help all students understand the power and beauty of science.
Grants Awarded in 2021: NSHSS Advanced Placement (AP) Educator Grant
NSHSS is awarding five (5) $1,000 grants for Advanced Placement teachers to use for supplies, materials, field trips, or other supplemental aids to enhance the delivery of Advanced Placement courses. Any NSHSS Educator teaching an Advanced Placement course in any field is eligible to apply.
