The summer of 2022 was our first year back to tours after the pandemic. Due to overwhelming interest in our Ivy League Tour, we decided to launch both June & July tour dates and have two tours for the first time. We sold out of both tours!!
Two large groups of students joined NSHSS to visit some of the world's most prestigious universities! During this tour, they visited:
In addition to these university visits, they also had chances to explore the amazing historical and tourist attractions in all of the fantastic East Coast cities we visited! See our itinerary recap and pictures from the tours below!
The Ivy League Tour started in Boston, Massachusetts! The tour groups arrived throughout the day and we ate lunch in Quincy Market then jumped straight into tour festivities starting with a historic guided tour of Boston! We walked around Downtown Boston and explored Faneuil Hall, the Boston Freedom Trail, Old Granary Burying Ground, Old South Meeting House, Paul Revere's House, Old State House, Boston Massacre site, the Italian North End neighborhood, Old North Church, New England Holocaust Memorial, and the Boston Common!
Our June tour group had their welcome dinner at Joe's Waterfront overlooking the Boston Harbor! Our July group ate dinner at Elephant & Castle, a cool British pub downtown!
We started the first official tour day with a stop at the USS Constitution- the world's oldest commissioned warship- which never lost a battle!
