(Capital Gazette) - "Recent Annapolis High School graduate Damon Edwards was a good enough student in high school to receive a Dean's academic scholarship to study mechanical engineering at Elizabethtown College (Pa.). The Dean's scholarship plus various grants covers roughly $40,000 of the $55,000 yearly cost to attend the school...Edwards finished in the upper 15 percent of his graduating class of 423 with a 3.7 GPA.
