Ainsley Gulden is an incoming first-year student at Penn State University, University Park, PA pursuing a degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
Ainsley is passionate about teaching and inspiring others to be confident and authentic to who they are while sharing their talents with others. Her involvement in the CyberPatriots program and Girl Scouts of America inspired her to author a children's book highlighting various STEM careers and host hands-on experiment days encouraging youth to explore and appreciate the science around them. She is a founding member of her town’s first female Boy Scouts of America troop, providing countless hours of community service across the greater Los Angeles area. Her strong leadership was instrumental in building a thriving, sustainable organization with robust annual membership growth that supports female youth leadership development.
Ainsley’s strong academic achievements are complemented with a love for vocal performance and musical theater. She has also achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, earned her Girl Scout Gold Award, and was honored as a top-five finalist for the US Space Force 2024 Military Child of the Year. Ainsley plans to continue being a strong Women in STEM ambassador and serve in adult leadership roles across our national Scouting programs.
