Dance has helped Aubre to break out of a shell and create more connections in her daily life. Through the years, Aubre learned that dancing could only be done well if she lets go and released every part of her body to the music. Music contains multiple aspects, such as beats, voice, melody, lyrics, and feelings. Aubre loves learning choreography and dancing with a group of people.
